We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Emergency dispatch available across Jordanville and the surrounding zip codes.
Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC was built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
We're not interested in being the cheapest quote on the page — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. Licensing and insurance aren't optional line items for us, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, routine or emergency.
Jordanville's climate swings hard, and generic national playbooks don't always fit. That local knowledge shapes how we diagnose problems — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We track arrival windows, callback rates, and repeat-issue complaints internally so problems get caught before they become patterns, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Jordanville is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
Our office team is based locally too, not routed through an out-of-state call center that's never seen a Jordanville rooftop unit. Our warranty and service history records stay attached to your address, so any future technician who visits already has the full picture.
Every service below is backed by the same licensing, warranty, and upfront pricing you get on any job we run.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Jordanville dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
We keep the truck stocked with the parts that fail most often on the equipment common to Jordanville homes, which is exactly why most repairs don't require a return visit.
If your unit is past its expected service life, running loud, or spiking your utility bill, a replacement conversation is worth having. We walk Jordanville homeowners through efficiency ratings and how they translate into real monthly savings before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services rooftop units and package systems across Jordanville, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
We understand that a commercial call isn't just about comfort, it's about keeping a business open.
Preventive maintenance is the cheapest repair you'll ever pay for, because it's the one that prevents the bigger bill. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for Jordanville households that want more than just temperature control.
We'll show you photos of anything concerning we find, along with a plain-language explanation of what it means and whether it's urgent.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than make vague promises we can't back up.
If the same issue returns within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no additional labor cost.
We quote a flat rate before work begins and that number doesn't change once you approve it.
A technician doesn't consider the job done until the system is tested and performing correctly.
A little attention to how your system is running can save you a lot of money and discomfort.
Ignoring new noises is one of the fastest ways to turn a small repair into a major one.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A tune-up often identifies exactly what's driving the extra energy use.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
We'll always tell you honestly when a repair is the better call versus when it isn't.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Because our trucks are stationed near Jordanville, we're rarely far from your address.
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
Our techs recognize brand-specific quirks instead of learning your system on the job.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
Maintenance plan members get priority scheduling and discounted rates.
We don't write these — our customers do.
"I called three other companies first and this was the only one that actually picked up. Fixed on the first visit and explained everything in terms I could actually understand."
"Signed up for the annual plan after our first repair and it's paid for itself already. Never once felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't need."
"Explained the sizing calculation so I understood why they weren't just installing the same unit again. Followed up a week later just to check everything was still running fine."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"The estimate matched the final invoice exactly, down to the dollar. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"Diagnosed a failed capacitor and had it swapped within the hour. Genuinely relieved to have found a crew that answers when it matters."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
Jordanville's seasonal swings put real stress on a system that isn't maintained regularly. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Our technicians train across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, so you're not limited to a single brand's service network. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Here's a look at the kind of experience that shows up at your door.
Over a decade in residential heating and cooling, with a focus on load calculations and full system replacements.
Known for fast, accurate diagnostics on no-heat and no-cool breakdowns.
Experienced with the light industrial and retail equipment common across the area.
For emergency no-heat or no-cool calls, we prioritize dispatch and aim to have a technician on-site the same day, often within a couple of hours.
Our policy is simple: you approve the number before we touch the system.
We staff after-hours dispatch specifically because HVAC failures rarely happen on a convenient schedule.
We maintain current credentials because it protects both our customers and our team.
As a general guideline, if a system is past 12-15 years old and facing a costly repair, replacement often makes more financial sense.

Twice-yearly maintenance is the standard we recommend given the temperature swings the area sees.
If you smell gas or burning, shut off the system at the breaker and step outside, then call us immediately.
Our pricing is explained clearly before dispatch, and any after-hours consideration is communicated upfront — never as a surprise on the final invoice.
More involved repairs, like a coil replacement or a refrigerant leak repair, take longer and the tech will give you a realistic estimate before starting.
For commercial accounts or rental properties, a designated point of contact or property manager can coordinate access instead.
Our technicians are familiar with both, which means less time spent figuring out your specific setup and more time actually fixing the problem.
Larger properties get the same upfront pricing and licensed technicians as a single-family service call, just coordinated at scale.
Qualifying installations can be financed through options we'll walk you through during your in-home estimate, with terms explained clearly before you commit to anything. If a rebate or local incentive program applies to your Jordanville installation, our technicians will flag it during the estimate rather than leaving you to track it down after the fact.
We dispatch throughout Jordanville and the neighboring communities, keeping response times tight because our trucks stay close to home.
If you're on the edge of our listed zip codes, it's still worth a call, since routes and coverage get adjusted as demand shifts.
